Andrius Gudaitis was born in Vilnius, Lithuania in 1970. He graduated from Ciurlionis Art Gymnasium under Professor J. Dvarionas.

From 1992 to 2000 he studied in Salzburg, Austria with J. Geise and R. Ricci and in Vienna with K. Maetzl.
Andrius Gudaitis was employed as a violinist in the 1st violin group in the Sønderjylland Symphony Orchestra in 2002. He has also played in the Salzburger Mozarteum Orchester, the Vienna Chamber Orchestra and made various appearances as a chamber musician and soloist.
