Creditcard fee
If you pay for the tickets online, all payment card fees are included in the ticket price.
Payment
The following payment options are available:
- Dankort
- Visa card
- MobilePay: 98996
The purchase amount is only deducted from your account on the day we send the tickets. During the payment process, all communication between you and Sønderjylland's Symphony Orchestra is encrypted. Thus, no one else can see your card information. A secure payment server is used for the card transaction. The card transaction takes place via "ePay - DitOnlinebetalingSystem.dk".
Your card details are sent directly to PBS, and Sønderjyllands Symphony Orchestra does not store your card details. If discrepancies arise between us and you as the buyer, you have the option of contacting your bank to possibly have your money returned to your account.
Prices
The ticket price includes VAT.
Shipment
Tickets purchased online are usually shipped the same day. The letters are sent with PostNord. Please note that it may take up to 21 days before receipt. If you do not receive your order, please contact us. Please note that we do not send tickets until payment has been registered.
Cancellations
Cancellation only covers the event not taking place at all. A change in soloist, conductor, program, venue or performance time does not count as cancellation. In case of cancellation, the entire price of the ticket will be refunded by contacting the place where the ticket was purchased. If a concert is moved to a later date, customers are offered to be moved to the new date(s). If the customer does not want this, it is considered a cancellation cf. above.
Ticket refunds for canceled concerts
Tickets for canceled concerts organized by Sønderjylland Symphony Orchestra will be refunded. Ticket refunds are obtained by sending an email to info@sdjsymfoni.dk. The email must contain the order number of the tickets as well as the registration and account number to which the tickets can be refunded. The tickets are refunded within the current month from the day of the concert plus 30 days. This applies to all purchased tickets, regardless of whether they were purchased via the orchestra's administration or via Billetten.dk.
Right of withdrawal
According to § 17 subsection of the Consumer Contracts Act. 2 cf. Section 9 subsection 2 no. 2a is the purchase of tickets does not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Reservation
Sønderjylland's Symphony Orchestra reserves the right for sold-out events and for changes to the announced concert programmes.
Sønderjylland's Symphony Orchestra cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit in certain seats in the various concert halls.
Language
All contracts are concluded in Danish.
